About

about we are open

We Are Open is the showcase festival for fresh Belgian talent. For 18 years running, we’ve been selecting the acts to catch before they blow up. Every February, we throw our doors wide open for a weekend featuring no fewer than 70 (!) acts from the Belgian music scene, all at the beginning of their musical adventure. Let yourself be surprised, get lost, and follow your eyes and ears.

Where and when?

On Friday, February 12 and Saturday, February 13, 2027 at Trix (Noordersingel 28-30, 2140 Borgerhout)

Line-up

We’re keeping the line-up secret for just a little longer, but it promises to be another great selection of new Belgian talent, across all genres.

Beyond the music

Naturally, music takes center stage this weekend, but with around 70 acts, there’s plenty more to experience. You can screen print your own merch at our Spoor studio, tune into live radio, and look forward to plenty of other surprises. To give you an idea, last year featured a fortune teller, a karaoke booth, a mariachi band, and a ball pit. We’ll be announcing this year’s side program very soon!
